We had an amazing time viewing the Perseid Meteor shower on Wednesday night. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a great pic of the shower but this is what we captured from our deck.
Not so little anymore! Our resident croc, Len has been hanging around Nxamaseri for the past 6 to 8 years. His grown into an impressive 1.8 meters and we are sure there is still lots more to come!
Our new family tree house is a must see, with views overlooking the floodplains and private deck to relax and unwind.
Nxamaseri Island Lodge was established in the early 1980s by PJ Bestelink, an avid fisherman who pioneered fly-fishing in Botswana. He found the secluded island β at the heart of the Delta panhandle β to be the perfect location and the lodge is now the Okavango Deltaβs premier fly-fishing destination.
